Odenwälder Marzipan - tradition since more than 30 years
The Odenwälder Marzipankonditorei was founded in the year 1977 by the master of confectionery Gerd Zuber. Meanwhile Katrin Zuber and Thomas Zuber, the second Generation are integrated in the business. The marzipan factory is located in Schneeberg near Amorbach in the Odenwald Forest. A picturesque small city with a lovely history.

The city Amorbach owes its name to the benedict monk Amor ("the loving"). In the baroque city there is the fountain Amorsbrunn. According to the legend its water was drunk by the domicile women and they got a lot of children.
We attach great importance to the quality of our products and therefore use only Edelmarzipan (high amount of almonds) und controlled ingredients. To achieve a detailed look the figures are decorated in handwork by our craftswomen.
