Marzipan liqueur


200g Marzipan paste
250g milk
330 ml rum (40%)
200 ml cream
40ml liqueur (Licor 43)


Dissolve the marzipan in the milk by heating, if necessary help a little with a fork.Add all remaining ingredients and stir well. Let it rest for a little while. Then squeeze the mass through a clean tea towel. To do this, we recommend to place a large sieve on a saucepan and to lay it out with the tea towel. Now strain the mass by lifting the ends of the tea towel and squeezing them through this small “bag” into the saucepan. Then fill into bottles.

Serve on ice.
