200g Marzipan paste
6 tablespoons Amaretto
2 teaspoons baking powder
60g starch flour
50g sugar powder
Heat your baking oven to 200°C top/bottom heat. Whisk the eggs until fluffy. Add soft butter, flour,
baking powder, starch flour, salt and 4 tablespoons of Amaretto and mix thoroughly.
Chop the marzipan into small pieces (with a wetted knife) und mix to the dough. Fill in the muffin cases and bake for 20-25 minutes in the pre-heated oven. Now mix 50g sugar powder with 2 tablespoons Amaretto. Spread this glaze on top of the muffins and let it dry.
